THE 10 STEP REPAIR PROCESS:
ESTIMATE
Preliminary inspections of your vehicle determine the approximate costs and initial estimates for repairs. Supplemental estimates are possible during the disassembly stage as it may reveal hidden damages that can only be seen through this disassembly.
INSURANCE
Authorization from the insurance company is required in order to start vehicle repairs. Please contact your insurance company for additional information and questions. For 100% factory approved accuracy request to have your vehicle repaired with only genuine OEM (factory) parts.
DISASSEMBLY
In this process, experienced technicians will repair all damaged areas to pre-accident conditions. During this process hidden damages may be revealed. If this is the case, your insurance may require our facility to contact them for an approval for the supplemental estimates before completing the necessary repairs.
STRUCTURAL REPAIR
All damaged areas are repaired using factory approved techniques which restore your vehicle to its pre-accident condition. Chief frame repair systems are factory authorized for 100% factory accuracy.
COLOR MATCHING
Color matching is accomplished through the use of computerized mixing systems that use paint codes found on your vehicle.
BODY REPAIR
All non-structural repairs are equally done by highly qualified technicians using only factory approved techniques.
PAINT
We've installed in our facility 3-State-of-the-Art downdraft paint booths insuring the quality meets or exceeds factory standards. With our detailed paint processes you're guaranteed the same quality as your original factory finish.
REASSEMBLY
Once the repair and paint processes are complete all of the smaller components that are non structural will be re-installed at this point. This includes interior components, grills, lights, trim, etc. After the vehicle completely re-assembled it moves on to final cleanup/detail.
DETAILING
In the Detailing phase, all traces of repair are carefully removed. In many cases, the professional cleaning process gives your vehicle a sparkling new look.
DELIVERY
All paperwork is explained in detail summarizing your vehicle's repairs. Next is your visual inspection guided by one of our staff. After all of your questions have been answered you're then ready to drive off our lot as another satisfied customer.
